I’m sorry to say that the new owner did not ever get Lighthouse Jazz Club up and running after the sim sale. The land has been sold and the club has been dismantled.
It was a wonderful and fulfilling 16 months with just the best members, DJs, hosts and music in SL, and I enjoyed (almost) every moment of it. I do have a lovely gift for you all, created by our amazingly talented Leja Ayres. I left the Lighthouse Jazz Club group after I handed over the reins, so I don’t have any way to mass distribute it — but IM me, and I’ll drop it on you. 
I’ll be shutting this blog down by the end of the month.
